THE MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND INNER ISLANDS INVITES TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY AT GAZA, ESTATE, AU CAP.

Project Title  : Construction of Parking Facility at Gaza, Estate, Au Cap.                                                   

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject : Construction of Parking facility at Gaza Estate, Au Cap.                                                             

Place of Performance : Gaza Estate, Au Cap.

Performance Period  : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 as of Monday 18^th May, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1430Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier  :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday25^th May, 2026 at 1430Hrs.  

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 26^th May, 2026 at 10:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be

at Au Cap DA’s office meeting room. 

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.                                                             

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY AT GAZA ESTATE, AU CAP” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11:00HRS ON MONDAY 01^ST JUNE, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
