ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

CONDITIONS:

  • The bidder must have successfully completed at least three (3) road construction projects of similar nature and complexity within the last five (5) years. Completion certificates or client references must be submitted as proof.
  • The bidder must have the necessary equipment, personnel, and technical resources readily available to execute the project within the specified contract period.
  • The bidder must have a satisfactory performance record, with no contract terminated for default or poor performance on public works contracts within the last five (5) years.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Roundabout at Inter Island Quay-Junction leading to IOT

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Seven (7) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Thursday 06th August 2026 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 2:30pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 1’ 000.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 11th August 2026 not later than 2:30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 13th August 2026 at 10:00am and the meeting place will be at the Roundabout at Inter Island Quay. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “ILE DU PORT ROAD ENLARGEMENT UP TO I.O.T JUNCTION [PHASE 2]” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC LOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE10:30AM ON WEDNESDAY 26TH AUGUST 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
