MODIFICATION AND CONVERSION OF EXISTING SHIPPING CONTAINER INTO LAB

SOURCE OF FINANCE: SFA BUDGET

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3
registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Two (2) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Fisheries Authority, Victoria Fishing Port, Accounts Section as of Monday 10th August,2026 as from 0900hrs-1200hrs and 1300hrs-1400hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be on Friday 14th August, 2026 at 1400hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Monday 17th August,2026 at 9.30hrs. The meeting point shall be at the Seychelles Fisheries Authority Head Quarters

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “MODIFICATION AND COVERSISION OF EXISTING SHIPPING CONTAINTER INTO A LAB” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00HRS ON MONDAY 31ST AUGUST,2026 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00HRS.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
