The Ministry of Local Government and Inner Islands invites tenders for the Major Renovation Works at Roche Caiman Community Centre.

SOURCE OF FINANCE :  Government of Seychelles Project Title :  Major Renovation Works at Roche Caiman Community Centre.                   

 Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2&3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject : Major Renovation Works at Roche Caiman Community Centre.

Place of Performance : Roche Caiman

Performance Period  : Ten (10) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 as of Friday 09th October, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1430Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday15thOctober, 2026 at 1430Hrs.  

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Friday 16th October, 2026 at 9:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Roche Caiman DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “MAJOR RENOVATION WORK AT ROCHE CAIMAN COMMUNITY CENTRE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11:00HRS ON THURSDAY 22ND OCTOBER, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
