REFURBISHMENT OF TOILET FACILITY AT BAIE ST. ANNE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2&3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in  Seychelles.

Subject  : Refurbishment of Toilet Facility at Baie St. Anne Praslin District Administration office.

Place of Performance  : Baie St. Anne Praslin.

Performance Period  : Three (3) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 and Baie St. Anne District Administration Office, Praslin as of Monday 19^th October, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1500Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday23^rdOctober, 2026 at 1500Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 27^th October, 2026 at 10:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Baie St Anne Praslin District Administration meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “REFURBISHMENT OF TOILET FACILITY AT BAIE ST ANNE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND BAIE ST ANNE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BEFORE 10:30HRS ON WEDNESDAY 04^TH NOVEMBER, 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
