INVITATION TO TENDER

CONSTRUCTION OF 1X3 BEDROOMS HOUSE AND STONE RETAINING WALL AT MA JOIE- ENGLISH RIVER

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Ma Joie -English River

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:   24 Calendar weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Infrastructure Department, Administrative Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Thursday 12th August 2021 from 09:30 am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250.00 each and the deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 19th August 2021 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and the Business Registration No/ NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 20th August 2021 at 10.30 am.  The meeting point shall be at English River District AdministrationOffice.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF 1X3 BEDROOMS HOUSE AND STONE RETAINING WALL AT MA JOIE - ENGLISH RIVER” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00 AM ON THURSDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
