RESURFACING OF THE CEMETERY ROAD AT LA PASSE, LA DIGUE

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 1 month

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained on La Digue from the DA’s Office, La Passe as of Tuesday 02^nd November 2021 from 08:00 am to 2:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each. The deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be                                                       Monday 08^th November, 2021 not later than 2:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 09^th November, 2021at 10:00 am and the meeting place will be at Passenger Terminal, La Passe, La Digue.  Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RESURFACING OF CEMETERY ROAD AT LA PASSE, LA DIGUE”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT LA DIGUE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR’S OFFICE AT LA PASSE. BEFORE 10:00 AM ON                            THURSDAY 18^TH NOVEMBER, 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
