ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms for all registered and license Excavation Contractors operating in Seychells.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Pointe Larue (Near the Secondary School)

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 2 calendar weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Climate Change

Division office at Ex- English River Clinic – English River as of Thursday 04th November 2021 from

9:00am to 12:00 noon upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR. 150.00 each and deadline date for

obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 10thNovember 2021 before 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Interested bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 11th November 2021 at 9:30 am. The meeting point shall be at Pointe Laure Secondary School (outside the gate). Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “DE-SILTING OF MARSH AND ROCK CLADDING WORKS AT POINTE LARUE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1030 HRS ON THURSDAY 18TH NOVEMBER 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030 HRS.  

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
