RESTORATION WORKS ON FITNESS TRAIL AT STAD LINITE- ROCHE CAIMAN

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Infrastructure Department, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Administrative Office, 2^nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria, Accounts Section as of Thursday 4^th November 2021from 09:00 am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 10^th November 2021 not later than 12:00 noon. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE –BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 11^th November 2021 at 09:00 AM. The meeting point shall be at the car park in front of Stad Linite at Roche Caiman. 

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RESTORATION OF FITNESS TRAIL AT STAD LINITE– ROCHE CAIMAN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 23^rd NOVEMBER 2021.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
