Project Title :  Construction of Ramp at Takamaka.

Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class II and III registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles only.

Subject  : To construct ramp.

Place of Performance  :  Takamaka

Performance Period :  4 weeks

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts    Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Tuesday 09th November, 2021 at 0900Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR25/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 15th November, 2021 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit:   A mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 16th November, 2021 at 10:00Hrs. (Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Takamaka DA’s office.

Failure to attend will result in disqualification during the Evaluation process.

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license & company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF RAMP AT UPPER QUATRE BORNES, TAKAMAKA-REF NB15/21”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE,VICTORIA, BEFORE TUESDAY 23RD NOVEMBER, 2021 AT 10:30AM.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
