REINFORCED CONCRETE (RC) ROAD EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RETAINING WALL AT BRIGILLIA, MONTAGNE POSÉE

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender dossiers can be obtained at the DOA’s Procurement Unit at Creole Spirit Building, Quincy Street, Victoria as from as of Monday 15^th November 2021 from 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-2:30pm against payment of a non–refundable fee of SR 150/- each.

Closing to obtain Tender Dossier:The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 19^th November 2021 at 2:30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide proof of a valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Site Visit: A site information meeting has been organised for Monday 22^nd November 2021, at 11:00 am. The meeting location shall be at the Cable & Wireless sub-station, Anse Boileau, Montagne Posée.

Please note that it is mandatory for bidders to attend to site information meeting.  Failure to attend the site information meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

Submission of Tenders:                      

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, MAISON DE MAHE AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “REINFORCED CONCRETE (RC) ROAD EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RETAINING WALL AT BRIGILLIA, MONTAGNE POSÉE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD MAISON DE MAHE NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 6^TH DECEMBER, 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME).  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
