Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors  Class II and III registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles only.

Subject: To construct retaining wall.

Place of Performance:  Anse Boileau

Performance Period :  12 weeks

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local

Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts    Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of  Wednesday 17th November, 2021 at 0900Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150/- each

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 23rd November, 2021 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 24th November, 2021 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Anse Boileau DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to   bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license & company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AT ANSE BOILEAU-REF NB15/21 AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE WEDNESDAY 1st DECEMBER, 2021 AT 10:30AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
