RENOVATION TO FENCING AT SEYCHELLES MARITIME ACADEMY

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 2 Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri, Mahé as of Friday 19^th November 2021 at 09:30am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier is Thursday 25th November, 2021 at 2.00pm.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT:   A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 26th November, 2021 10.30am. The meeting point shall be at Seychelles Maritime Academy. Failure to attend the site meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RENOVATION TO FENCING AT SEYCHELLES MARITIME ACADEMY” AND DEPOSITEDIN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE TUESDAY 7^TH DECEMBER,2021 AT 10.00AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
