This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractor meeting the criteria to undertaken the works as per specifications;

  • valid Class 1 contractor’s license issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
  • valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2021
  • valid Business Registration Certificate
  • proof of past similar contract executed relating to marine civil works or similar works
  • proof of machinery and equipment to carry out the works
  • Able to show proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works
  • Able to provide company profile showing years of experience within the construction business
