PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  26 WEEKS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers, which will be issued in electronic form, can be obtained from the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Infrastructure Department, Administrative Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria as of Monday 27th December 2021 from 9:00 am to 3.00 pm, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 500 each. Deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 31st December 2021 not later than 12:00 noon.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and Business Registration Number/ ID Card upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be on ZONE 20 next to the landfill substation.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONTINUATION OF BULK INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT ON ZONE 20 AT PROVIDENCE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11:00 A.M. on TUESDAY 18TH JANUARY 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
