ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Office at Huteau Lane as from Thursday 27th January 2022 from 9.00am to 1.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be on                                 Wednesday 02nd February 2022 not later than 1.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on                            Thursday 3rd February, 2022 at 10.00 am and the meeting place will be at Independence House, Ground Floor Lobby near Sky Chef Snack Shop, Victoria. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF HANDRAILS ON CONSTITUTION AVENUE, VICTORIA”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARAIT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00AM ON THURSDAY 17TH FEBRUARY, 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
