SUBJECT: The project entails the Supply & Installation of Culvert, Construction of Dirt Road Access and New Entrance Gate, which comprises of the following:

  • Excavation Works
  • Re-profiling of soil material works
  • Supply and Installation of Culvert
  • Demolition works
  • Construction Works
  • Back filling
  • Steel works

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:   La Digue Landfill, L’Union Estate

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  Two (2) Months

 ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA), Ex- English River Clinic, English River, Mahe, Seychelles OR at the LWMA OFFICE, Grand Anse - Praslin at the Pension Fund Complex, Room 8, First Floor as of Wednesday 23rd February 2022, at 09.00am to 3pm, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each.                                     

The deadline date for obtaining the dossier is on Wednesday 02nd March 2022 at 1.00PM.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information/meeting has been scheduled on Friday 04th March 2022 at 10.30AM. The meeting place shall be at the Entrance Gate of L’union Estate - La Digue. (Signage will be used)

Failure to attend the site visit / meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, ‘TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF CULVERT, CONSTRUCTION OF DIRT ROAD ACCESS AND NEW ENTRANCE GATE AT LA DIGUE LANDFILL, L’UNION ESTATE’ AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX, LOCATED AT THE LWMA OFFICE, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN at the PENSION FUND COMPLEX, ROOM 8, FIRST FLOOR OR at THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00 AM, ON THURSDAY 17TH MARCH 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00 AM ON THURSDAY 17TH MARCH 2022.  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
