For those bidders having an existing civil work contract with the SLTA, for which those contracts are less than 75% completed, will not be eligible to participate in this tender.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Road Junction near SITE and Forêt Noire Road, Mont Fleuri

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  6 months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Accounts Office at Dreamgate complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port as of Friday 10th June 2022 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 20th June 2022 not later than 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 21st June 2022 at 10:00 am and the meeting place will be at the Parking Area next to the Mont Fleuri playing field on Foret Noire road.  Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF ROUNDABOUT AT THE ROAD JUNCTION OPPOSITE S.I.T.E AND FORET NOIRE ROAD AT MONT FLEURI.” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:00 AM ON MONDAY 04TH JULY 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED MMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
