ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s office at Dreamgate complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port as of Friday 17th June 2022 from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 24th June 2022 not later than 2:00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Monday 27th June 2022 at 10:00 am and the meeting place will be at the North East Point (Rehab) Centre. Failure to attend the site information meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

Please note that an individual or body corporate is not allowed represent more than one bidder at the pre-tender meeting or subsequent site visit.Any Bidders who have had the same individual or body corporate representing them, shall be disqualified from the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL, ROCK ARMOURING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF BUS SHELTER AT NORTH EAST POINT”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00 AM ON MONDAY 11TH JULY 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
