RENOVATION WORKS ON ONE (1) UNIT AT EDEN VILLAGE- ROCHE CAIMAN.

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office,                     and Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Wednesday 2^nd November 2022 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be    Tuesday 8^th November   2022 not later than 2.30pm

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 10^th November 2022 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at Parking Area - Eden Village Shop’s- Roche Caiman (opposite the existing bus stop).

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON ONE (1) UNIT AT EDEN VILLAGE (ROCHE CAIMAN).” AND MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD  (NTB), 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10.00AM Monday 21^st NOVEMBER 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
