PARTITIONING OF PMC OFFICE AT UNITY HOUSE

PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENT:  Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from  Monday 13^th February 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR500.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 17^th February 2023 not later than 2.30pm

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on  Monday 20^th February 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be at the Unity House Block C Ground Floor. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “PARTITIONING OF PMC OFFICE AT UNITY HOUSE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON THURSDAY 2^nd MARCH 2023 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
