RECONSTRUCTION OF VANILLA BRIDGE AT LA PASSE - LA DIGUE.

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: La Passe, La Digue

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  Two (2) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Accounts Office at Dream Gate Complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port, at the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin and on La Digue from the DA’s Office, La Passe as of Tuesday 23rd May, 2023 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 29th May, 2023 not later than 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 30th May, 2023 at 10:00 am and the meeting place will be at the Passenger Terminal, La Passe, La Digue.  Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RECONSTRUCTION OF VANILLA BRIDGE AT LA PASSE, LA DIGUE.” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, OR LA DIGUE DA’S OFFICE, LA PASSE OR DA’S OFFICE AT BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN BEFORE10:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY 14TH JUNE, 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
