Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors  Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Construction of Retaining wall and Extension of Footpath.

Place of Performance : Foret Noire, Mont Fleuri.

Performance Period : Six (6) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the  Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd floor Room 235 as of Wednesday 14th June, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1500Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR100/- each

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday20th June, 2023 at 1500Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 21st June, 2023 at 09:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Mont Fleuri DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.                                                                 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AND EXTENSION OF FOOTPATH AT FORET NOIRE, MONT FLEURI REF NB17/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 11.00AM on MONDAY 03RD JUlY.2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
