RENTAL AND REMOVAL OF SKIPS SERVICES ON MAHE

Eligibility: All locally registered waste collection operators who can provide the service in line with PUC’s scope of work within the specified time frame.
Subject: Bids are invited for the provisions of skips rental and removal services at its various premises on Mahé only.
Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 or it can be obtained free by e-mailing to blista@puc.sc Cc: nchetty@puc.sc and zfinesse@puc.sc as from Friday 01st September 2023 to Friday 08th September 2023 from 08:00hrs to 03:00hrs. (Seychelles time) No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 14th September 2023 at 10:00 hrs at PUC Maison De Malavois, Bois De Rose.
Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted right after the pre-bid meeting on Thursday 14th September 2023.
Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “RENTAL AND REMOVAL OF SKIPS SERVICES ON MAHE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 02nd October 2023 at 10:00hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 02nd October 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé
