Purchase of Tender Document:  Electronic copy of the tender document will be emailed to interested Contractors upon expressing their interest by emailing Mr. Steve Mussard on s.mussard@pmc.sc / n.young@pmc.sc / nathalie.barra@pmc.scas from Thursday 26th October 2023.

A non-Refundable fee of SCR 150.00 needs to be made prior to receiving the tender document.

The deadline for purchase of the tender document is on Thursday 02nd November2023not later than 2.30pm

PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Friday 03rd November 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be at the Pointe Larue District Administration Office. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed enveloped clearly marked “Contract S073 -CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE NETWORK AND PRE-FABRICATED PUMPING STATION AT ANSE FRANCOIS HOUSING ESTATE - POINTE LARUE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles not later than 10.00am on Thursday 16th November2023.  

Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

TENDER OPENING

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00amon Thursday 16th November 2023 at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Seychelles.
