ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Le Niole

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Two (02) months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Wednesday 08th November 2023 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 300.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 15th November 2023 not later than 3.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING/SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 16th November 2023 at 11.30am and the meeting place will be at Le Niole – Dan Valle Rd. Entrance. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “ROADREINSTATEMENT AT LE NIOLE.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00AM ON THURSDAY 30TH NOVEMBER, 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
