REINSTATEMENT OF EXISTING BRIDGE AT ANSE MATHIOT - GLACIS

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: ANSE MATHIOT - GLACIS

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Two (02) months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Monday 13th November 2023 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 300.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 17th November 2023 not later than 3.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Monday 20th  November 2023 at 10.00 am and the meeting place shall be at Glacis – Vimal Supermarket.

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “REINSTATEMENT OF EXISTING BRIDGE AT ANSE MATHIOT - GLACIS.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00AM ON THURSDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSINGAT 11.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
