CIVIL WORKS FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT DAN KAFE HOUSING ESTATE – LA GOGUE (ANSE ETOILE)

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractors with class Two (2) and Three (3) certificate ONLY, registered and licensed registered to operate in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Four (4) months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Wednesday 22nd November 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 28th November 2023 not later than 2.30pm.           

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 29thNovember 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting place shall be at the Anse Etoile District Administration Office.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED “CIVIL WORKS FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT DAN KAFE HOUSING ESTATE – LA GOGUE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON WEDNESDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
