INSTALLATION OF EURO GUARD FENCING AT ILE EVE - BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Baie Ste Anne Praslin – Ile Eve

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Six (6) weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SPTC Head Office, Account Section, English River at the Bus Terminal (Mahe) and on (Praslin) at the SPTC Office located at Amitie as of Tuesday   05th December 2023 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 250.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 08th December 2023 not later than 3.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 12th December 2023 at 10.00 am and the meeting place will be at the SPTC Office Amitie - Praslin.

Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “INSTALLATION OF EURO GUARD FENCING AT ILE EVE – BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA AND ON PRASLIN GRAND ANSE COMMITTEE CENTRE BEFORE 11.30AM ON THURSDAY 21ST DECEMBER, 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.30AM.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
