Contractors of the category below are invited to tender for the following project:

Class 1

TENDER FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF THE NEW FSA WAREHOUSE AT BOIS DE ROSE AVENUE.

Interested applicants are required to contact Mr Dereck Volcy from the Client’s office by email dereck@fsaseychelles.sc , to confirm their interest in participating in the tender as of Thursday 07th January, 2021 from 8a.m to 3.00 p.m. The tender documents will be issued to the interested parties by email and the deadline for issuing the tender documents shall be Friday 15th January, 2021 at 3p.m.

Bidders should provide a scan copy of a valid license upon request of the Tender Documents by email.

PRE –BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 20th January, 2021 at 10:00am. followed by pre-bid conferences for any queries, remarks and/or suggestions. The meeting point is at the FSA Building, Bois De Rose Avenue. It is compulsory for all bidders to attend in accordance with the MOH regulations (Mask is mandatory).

RETURNS OF TENDERS

Completed tenders must be returned in plain sealed envelopes addressed to THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD with the project title “TENDER FOR DESIN & BUILD OF NEW FSA WAREHOUSE” clearly marked on the envelope.

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at the National Tender Board office on the 1st Floor Maison De Mahe, Victoria not later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday 23rd February, 2021.

There shall be a formal tender opening immediately thereafter and bidders are welcome to attend.  LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
