PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DRAFT AN INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SPA

The Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) is seeking the expertise of suitable qualified and experience Individuals/ Consultant/ Consultancy Firms to assist with the ‘Drafting of an integrated environment health and safety management system for SPA’’. The system will apply to all SPA operations with particular focus on the Port Victoria Rehabilitation & Extension Project.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy
  • Terms of Reference
  • Submission Requirement
  • Qualification Criteria, and
  • Evaluation Criteria

The EOI document can be requested by email or be collected from the office of the Social Workers’ Council at the address specified below as from Monday 02nd June 2025 to Friday 06th  June 2025,between 0900Hrs to 1500Hrs Local Time. All interested parties should convey their interest to the Seychelles Ports Authority by email at procurement@seyport.sc with the heading “Drafting of an integrated environment health and safety management system for SPA” Or hand deliver in a sealed envelope at the office of the Procurement Section, Mahe Quay, New Port, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles no later than 1100Hrs Local Time on Friday 20th June 2025 No responses will be accepted after the set deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
