The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) is seeking the expertise of qualified individuals/ Consultants / Consultancy Firms experienced in Maritime Management, Port Operations, and Fisheries Management to provide consultancy services for the “Development and Implementation of a Port Management Plan for Small-Scale Fishing Ports in Seychelles”.  The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned consultancy Service from listed applicants

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for the Development and Implementation of a Port Management Plan for Small-Scale Fishing Ports in Seychelles” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00am (Seychelles Time) on Monday 15th September 2025. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
