PROCUREMENT FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION (EIS)

The Seychelles Revenue Commission is inviting suitably qualified Local and International IT Solutions / Consultancy Firms / Service Providers to provide “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION (EIS)”.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy Services from listed applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

• Background & Objective of the Consultancy
• Terms of Reference
• Instruction to the Applicants
• Qualification criteria
• Evaluation Criteria

Can be collected / obtained from the address below as from Tuesday 9^th December 2025 to Monday 15^th December 2025 between 9:00am to 3:00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION (EIS)”, to the above-mentioned address no later than 2:00pm (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 23^rd December 2025.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. The bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
