The Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy and Natural Resources is inviting suitably qualified consultants / Individuals / consultancy firms to provide “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FORDATABASE REPAIR AND OPTIMIZATION FOR THE CLIMATE SCIENCE AND DATA MANAGEMENT SECTION”.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned Consultancy Services from listed applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  • Background & Objective of the Consultancy
  • Terms of Reference
  • Instruction to the Applicants
  • Qualification criteria
  • Evaluation Criteria

Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Wednesday 17th December 2025 to Wednesday 24th December between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY SERVICESFOR DATABASE REPAIR AND OPTIMIZATION FOR THE CLIMATE SCIENCE AND DATA MANAGEMENT SECTION”, to the above-mentioned address no later than 2.00pm (Seychelles Time) on Monday 5th January 2025.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. The bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
