CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A PORT MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR SMALL SCALE FISHING PORTS IN SEYCHELLES

The Seychelles Fisheries Authority wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Consultancy Services to Develop and Implement a Port Management Plan For Small Scale Fishing Ports in Seychelles, using the Limited Selection Method under Section 62 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008:

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  2. Jose EstorsCarballo
  3. Raymon VanAnrooy
  4. Radonirina Ioniarilala
  5. Mr Rindra Rasolonriana

All potential participants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their interests:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Copy of certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  • Valid Licence (if applicable)
  • List of similar contracts
  • Curriculum Vitae & Relevant Qualification

In line with Regulation 77 (4) (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2014, any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in the procurement and meet the above eligibility criteria, may contact or submit their applications to the address below, before 4pm on Monday 09th February 2026.
