The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) is seeking the expertise of qualified Individual / Consultants / Consultancy Firms to provide “Consultancy Services for Assessing and Managing Risk for the Seychelles Fisheries Authority “.  The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from shortlisted applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:

  • Background & Objective of the consultancy
  • Instruction to Applicant
  • Applicant’s Expression of Interest Format
  • Terms of Reference

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Servicesfor Assessing and Managing of Risk for the Seychelles Fisheries Authority” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00am (Seychelles Time) on Friday 10th April 2026.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
