CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS WORKS AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) hereby invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified, locally registered Consultants or Consultancy Firms with demonstrated airport-related experience to provide Consultancy Services for Major Improvement Works at the Seychelles International Airport.

Interested Consultants/Firms must possess a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in providing consultancy services related to airport infrastructure development, planning, engineering, and/or major airport improvement projects.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing;

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
• Terms of Reference,
• Submission Requirement,
• Qualification Criteria, and
• Evaluation Criteria,

The EOI Document can be requested via the email address specified below or it can be collected can be collected from the address given below as from Tuesday 24^th March 2026 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs or can be sent via email upon request. Deadline for the collection of EOI Documents will be Monday 30^th March 2026at1500hrs.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect/receive the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible consultants must hand deliver their responses in a sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for Major Improvements Works at the Seychelles International Airport” to the above-mentioned address not later than Tuesday 7^th April 2026 at 1500hrs. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short-listed applicants only. 

The SAA reserves the right not to accept or reject any unqualified interested Bidders without thereby incurring any liability to the interested Bidder.
