The Seychelles Planning Authority invites locally registered individuals with a degree or Master Degree in law, or licensed legal practitioners, to submit their EoI to “the review & update of the Physical Planning act 2021 & the supporting regulations”. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy service from shortlisted applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:

  • Background & Objective of the consultancy
  • Terms of Reference
  • Instruction to Applicant
  • Applicant’s Expression of Interest Format

Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Monday 04th May 2026to Thursday 14th May 2026 between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “To support the Planning Authority in the review & update of its existing law; the Physical planning act 2021 & the supporting regulations and preparations and drafting of a new set of fines regulations” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00am (Seychelles Time) on Monday 25th May 2026.

 No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
