The Program and Development Coordination Section (PDCS) under the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy & Natural Resources (MECENR) is inviting suitably qualified consultants to provide “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR Afeasibility STUDY for AN INTERIM HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY”.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from listed applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  1. Background & Objective of the consultancy
  2. Terms of Reference
  • Instruction to the Consultants
  1. Qualification Criteria
  2. Evaluation Criteria

Can be requested via email from the email - address below as from Tuesday 23rd June 2026 to Wednesday 01st July 2026 between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to request a copy of the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY FOR A feasibility STUDY for AN INTERIM HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY “to the above-mentioned address not later than 2:00pm (Seychelles Time) on WEDNESDAY 15TH JULY 2026.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted.  The bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
