The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) is seeking the services of qualified and experienced website developers, both locally and internationally, to undertake a comprehensive revamp of its official website.

The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining a new website that reflects the professional image of a financial regulator. The website should provide an accessible and intuitive user experience, with clear navigation and well-structured regulatory information organised by sector. It should also support online services and future system integrations, strengthen public awareness, consumer protection and transparency, and be secure, scalable and aligned with recognised web development best practices.

All interested parties should convey their interest to the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Authority by email at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc, using the heading “Consultancy Services to Design, Develop and Maintain a New Website for the Financial Services Authority”, no later than 1200Hrs Seychelles Local Time on Thursday 1st October 2026. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.
