INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Social Affairs Department is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Consultancy Firms/consultants to Review and Update the Parenting Education Manuals. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above mentioned Consultancy Services from short-listed applicants.  

The EOI Document containing;

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
  • Terms of Reference,
  • Submission Requirement,
  • Qualification Criteria, and
  • Evaluation Criteria,

can be collected from the address below as from Friday 10th September 2021 to Thursday 16th September 2021 as from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

The eligible consultants must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services to Review and Update the Parenting Education Manuals” to the above mentioned address by Friday 24th September 2021 before 3:00 pm.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short listed applicants only.
