PROCUREMENT FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES (PROJECT MANAGEMENT) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 300SQM WAREHOUSE

Project period: Twenty (20) Months
Eligibility:
- Registered and licensed professionals/civil consultants/ consultancy firm operating in Seychelles only;
- At least 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering work (Design and Supervision of projects); and
- Expertise and evidence of past experience in designing and supervision of steel structure buildings or work of similar nature.

More details of the project can be found in the scope of works in the tender document as from Thursday 27th January, 2022 between 09:00 a.m. to 3 pm at the FSA’s Reception Office, Bois De Rose Avenue, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles or by requesting a copy of the tender document electronically by emailing the Procurement Manager at the Email address specified below. Please note that the deadline to collect and request the tender documents is Wednesday 02nd February, 2022 at 10.00 am.
Pre-Tender Meeting/ Site Visit:
A pre-tender meeting will be conducted on Thursday 03rd February, 2022 at 10: 00a.m for any queries, remarks, or suggestions. The meeting point is at the FSA Building, Bois De Rose Avenue. The site visit will be followed immediately after the pre-tender meeting.
COMPLETE TENDER MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES (PROJECT MANAGEMENT) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 300SQM WAREHOUSE” AND BE PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:30AM on THURSDAY 17th FEBRUARY, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 A.M. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE CONSULTANT.
