PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SPTC’s PROJECT

The Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC)  is seeking the expertise of suitable qualified and experience Individuals/ Consultant/ Consultancy Firms with a valid licensed professional in building construction to assist in the survey, concept design (Architectural, Structural/Civil & MEP) and scopes of work, bill of quantity and preparation of the tender documents for each project. The successful bidder shall consist of but not limited to Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor and Architect.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing;

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
  • Terms of Reference,
  • Submission Requirement,
  • Qualification Criteria, and
  • Evaluation Criteria,

Can be collected at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation Reception Head Office Building Victoria Bus Terminal or via email from Ms Aisha Ghislain on Aisha.Ghislain@sptc>  as from Wednesday 06th April, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. to 3p.m. The closing date for requesting the document shall be Tuesday 12th April, 2022 at 3p.m.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EoI Document before submitting any responses to this EoI.

The eligible consultants must submit their response in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SPTC’s PROJECT” and addressed to;

The deadline for the submission of responses for the EoI is Tuesday 03rd May, 2022 at 10.00am and no responses will be accepted after the set deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
