Scope of Service

To provide cleaning and maintenance service at the Leve Debourye Building situated at Zone 18, Providence Industrial Estate.  

Eligibility:

·        Be either fully or partly owned Seychellois

·        Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2024 

·        Be VAT Registered(if applicable)

·        Applicable to Service Provider based on Mahe only.

Performance Period:

two (2) years from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Accounts Section, Leve Debourye Buidling, Zone 18, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahe as of Thursday 08th February 2024 to Wednesday 14th February 2024 from 0900am to 14.00hrs at a non-refundable fee of SCR150.00.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 14th February 2024 at 1400hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on

Friday 16th February 2024. The meeting shall take place at the Leve Debourye building, Zone 18, Providence at 0900hrs. Followed by the site visit.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROVISION FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE AT THE LEVE DEBOURYE BUILDING PROVIDENCE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria NOT LATER THAN 10.30AM ON THURSDAY 29TH FEBRUARY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30 AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
