To provide waste collection services at the following location:

Leve Debourye Building zone 18 Providence

New PIE Providence Ex Sidec

Union Vale Workshop Union Vale opposite foopro

Plaisance Workshop back of Kannu’s shop

Maison Simone Montagne Posee  

·        Be locally registered and licensed waste collection service contractor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing waste collection services.  

·        Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2024 

·        Be VAT Registered (if applicable).

·        Applicable to Service Provider based on Mahe only.

Performance Period:

Two (2) years from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Accounts Section, Industrial Estates Authority, Leve Debourye Building, Zone 18, Providence, Mahe as of Thursday 15^th February 2024 to Wednesday 21^st  February 2024 from 0900am to 1400hrs at a non-refundable fee of SCR150.00.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 21^stth February 2024 at 1400hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on Friday 23^rd February 2024 at Maison Simone, Montagne at 0900hrs, followed by site visit at Maison Simone, New PIE, Leve Debouye, Plaisance and Union Vale.
