CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DATA PROTECTION TO SUPPORT ESTABLISHING THE SEYCHELLES DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2023

The Information Commission invites application from suitably qualified Consultancy Firms/Individuals/consultants to provide “Consultancy Services for Data Protection to Support Establishing the Seychelles Data Protection Act, 2023”. The consultancy is not limited to Seychellois applicants. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from listed consultants.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:

• Background & Objective of the consultancy
• Terms of Reference
• Instruction to the Applicants
• Qualification criteria
• Evaluation Criteria

Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Friday 16^th February 2024 to Thursday 22^nd February 2024, between 8.30am to 3.30pm, Information Commission.

It is compulsory for all interested consultants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for Data Protection to Support Establishing the Seychelles Data Protection Act, 2023”, to the above-mentioned address no later than 2.00 pm (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 27^th February 2024.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the consultants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted consultants only.
