PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SPORTS UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV)

ELIGIBILITY: All Licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.  

PURPOSE: The Vehicle is to be used for office deliveries, dispatch and surveys

PERIOD OF DELIVERY: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Seychelles Licensing Authority, Orion Mall, Victoria as from Tuesday 20^th February 2024 between 9.00am to 2.30pm

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- Mail to zoran@sla.sc.

CLOSING DATE FOR OBTAINING TENDER: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 26^th February 2024 at 2.30pm

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sla-procurement-of-one-1-sports-utility-vehicle-suv WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 05^th MARCH 2024. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE SUV FOR THE SEYCHELLES LICENSING AUTHORITY” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. 

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
