PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE STATIONERY FOR THE YEAR 2024.

EligibilityThe following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. The tender is opened to all locally registered and licensed suppliers;
  2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission;
  3. The bidders should have experience in supplying Office Stationery to the Government Organizations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles with more than 5 years;
  4. The statement of requirement is included in the Appendix III of the Price Schedules;
  5. Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery: Eight (8) Weeks after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the FSA’s Reception Office or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Wednesday 21st February, 2024 between 8.30AM to 3PM.

 The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be Friday 01st March, 2024 at 12.00P.M. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the FSA Procurement Unit before Friday 22nd March, 2024.

Pre-Bid Meeting  Bidder is welcome to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 05th March, 2024 at 10:00A.M at the FSA Administration Building at Bois De Rose Avenue.

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-office-stationery-for-the-year-2024 which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10:00 A.M Seychelles Time on Thursday 28th March, 2024.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of Office Stationery for the Year 2024” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00A.M on Thursday 28th March, 2024 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
