Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed And Registered business operating in Seychelles.

Subject  : Product is to be used by the MACCE’s Daily Operations.

Period of Delivery  : 3 months from the date of Contract Signature

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Account Section, Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Botanical Garden , Mont Fleuri as from Tuesday 26th March 2024 between 9.00am to 3pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs150 each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 at 3.00 pm

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) HEAVY DUTY PHOTOCOPIER”. AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1000 HRS ON TUESDAY 16TH APRIL 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000 HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
