Tender for landscaping and ground maintenance services at the Praslin domestic airport

The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority is inviting bids for the Provision of Landscaping and Cleaning Services at the Praslin Domestic Airport. The aim is to uphold healthy, clean, safe and attractive areas so as to provide an excellent atmosphere and create environmentally friendly ambiance.

Scope of Services: Provide landscaping, cleaning and maintain the hard surface around the all section zones and sites of the Praslin Domestic Airport compound considered to be landside areas.

 

Eligibility:

  • Company that is Seychellois owned and locally registered with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in beautification and landscaping.
  • Bidders must have and provide proof of an office or a station located on Praslin.

Conditions: Participants should not have any cleaning or landscaping contract under the Government Coordinated cleaning tender for category 4 (Landscaping & Beautification) or in any other Categories.

 

Acquisition of Document

Tender document can be purchased as from Thursday 25th March 2021 to Wednesday 31st March 2021 from0900hrs to 1500hrs (weekdays only) at the Accounts Section, SCAA Head Office, at the Seychelles International Airport OR at the Praslin Airport Office on payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 per document.

 

Clarifications of Bids

Due to current national restrictions pertaining to Covid-19 pandemic, no site visit or bid meeting will be conducted.  Clarifications of bids will have to be via email or telephone call as per given below contacts.

Deadline for Clarifications of Bids will be Wednesday 07thApril 2021 at 1500hrs (SCT)

 

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked, “TENDER FOR LANDSCAPING AND GROUND MAINTENANCE AT THE PRASLIN DOMESTIC AIRPORT” placed in the tender box situated at the Praslin Domestic Airport, Grand Anse, Praslin OR at the National Tender Board at Maison de Mahe, Victoria, before 1000HRS ON WEDNESDAY 21STAPRIL 2021. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at1000hrs.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

Bidders or their representative are welcomed to attend the opening.
